Welcome From Captain Kenneth Kegel

Dear Citizens,

On behalf of the Officers assigned to District Four, welcome to the District Four Web Page! The Commanders, Supervisors and Officers of the District are committed to providing the best police service possible to the citizens and businesses in our District. District Four Officers can be seen patrolling the area on bicycles, tri-cars, Vespas, ATVs, on foot and in vehicles to provide service throughout the District. District Four offers diverse neighborhoods, a strong business community, the St. Louis sports arenas, and the city’s finest dining and entertainment venues. The District is also home to many of the city’s historic sites and landmarks including the Gateway Arch, Old Court House, Old Cathedral and Soldiers Memorial. The officers in the Fourth District have worked to forge partnerships with the citizens and business groups in the area including the Partnership for Downtown St. Louis. We will continue to work toward making District Four a safe area for residents, businesses and visitors.
