North Patrol Division
Welcome From Captain Edward Kuntz
As the Commander of District Six, my pledge is to provide the best police service possible to the residents, businesses and visitors to our district. Like many of the officers assigned to my command, my first assignment as a police officer was to patrol the neighborhoods of District Six. It was in this district I learned many lessons, which have stayed with me and served me well throughout my career.
Foremost among these lessons is the importance of the community working in partnership with the police to achieve our common goals. Community partnership is critical if we are to succeed in tackling the daily challenges of reducing crime and violence. This improvement of public safety in turn improves the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
These are the values to which I and my officers are committed. I ask that you please join with us to make this, our community, a safer place to live, work and visit. Only together will we be able to make a difference.
