Expungement of arrest records are filed with the Missouri Courts to order agencies to destroy records for a specific incident involving the applicant. SLMPD does not process arrest expungement petitions. Petitions must be submitted to the Missouri Courts. There is a $100 surcharge to file the petition, and separate petitions must be filed for each arrest.
If you received an SIS the court cannot grant an expungement of the arrest record until after the completion of probation and your records are officially closed.
