District 3 is investigating a shooting that happened on December 11 just before 4:00 p.m. at 13th and Lasalle.
Officers responded to an area hospital where they met a 15-year-old male who had been privately conveyed.
The 15-year-old told officers that he was sitting in a car at the above location and felt pain to his right side. He noticed he had been shot. The two males he was in the car with drove him to the hospital and left before police arrived.
The 15-year-old was listed in stable condition.
