District 3 detectives need assistance identifying two individuals wanted in connection to the shooting and robbery of a 19-year-old that happened on February 3, 2025.

On February 3, District 3 officers responded to a shooting at Pennsylvania and Potomac, around 7 a.m.
Officers located a 19-year-old man shot in the torso. The 19-year-old told officers he was at the above location waiting for the bus. Two men approached him and asked if he wanted to buy weed. The 19-year-old said no, and the two men attempted to take his phone. A struggle ensued and one of the men pointed a gun and shot the 19-year-old.
The two men ran away from the location.
EMS responded and transported the 19-year-old to a nearby hospital. The 19-year-old is in stable condition.
