District 6 is investigating a robbery that happened shortly before noon on March 18, 2025 at Shreve & Anderson Avenues.
A 20-year-old man told officers he was meeting with two male acquaintances (suspects) to hang out at the above location. While sitting in the suspects’ car, the 20-year-old man said one of the suspect pulled out a handgun and demanded his property.
The 20-year-old said he relinquished his backpack and personal items to the suspects before exiting the car. The suspect then fled in their car, which was described as a dark blue Chevy Malibu. The investigation is ongoing.
