District 6 officers responded to a Shooting in the 2900 block of Whittier on June 29, around 8:45 a.m.
A 65-year-old Hispanic man was found shot inside of a white Mazda 5. EMS pronounced the man deceased at the scene.
The Homicide Division responded and assumed the ongoing investigation.
