Man Shot, Killed in Old North St. Louis

The victim in this case has been identified as 43-year-old Reginald Campbell of the 9400 block of Miriam.

Homicide detectives are investigating a shooting that left a man dead on July 17 in the Old North St. Louis neighborhood.

Just after 1:45 a.m., officers received a call for a “Shooting” at the White Castle restaurant parking lot located at 20091 Hebert Street. Upon arriving, they located an adult male in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. He was suffering from gunshot wounds and pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS officials.

The Homicide Division responded and assumed the ongoing investigation.
