District 4 is investigating a cutting incident that occurred on July 23 in the Downtown neighborhood.
Around 6 a.m., officers were called to the 800 block of N. Tucker. Upon arriving, they located a 51-year-old male victim who reported he was cut by a 21-year-old male suspect during an argument. The suspect remained at the scene and was taken into custody by officers.
The victim sustained a minor laceration to his arm. The investigation is ongoing.
