District 5 is investigating a shooting that injured a 29-year-old man on August 8 in the Kingsway East neighborhood.
At approximately 10:15 a.m., officers were called to the 4700 block of Leduc for a shooting. Upon arriving, they located the victim with gunshot wounds to his abdomen and back. The victim was uncooperative and refused to provide a statement.
