District 2 is investigating a robbery that occurred on August 23 in the area of S. Kingshighway and Chouteau around 11 p.m.
A 33-year-old man told officers he was walking around S Kingshighway and Chouteau when an unknown man wearing dark clothing and a facemask, approached him asking for a lighter. Suddenly, the man produced a handgun and robbed the victim of his Apple I-Phone 13, and his wallet. The man fled on foot.
