District 6 is investigating a robbery that occurred on August 28 in the area of West Florissant and Era around 7:00 p.m.
A 21-year-old man told officers his vehicle broke down at the above intersection. While sitting in his vehicle 5-6 unknown individuals approached him. One of the individuals reached into his vehicle and stole his money from the seat.
The 21-year-old exited his vehicle to confront the subject, who then produced a handgun and assaulted the 21-year-old with it. The investigation is ongoing.
