Homicide Detectives are investigating the death of a man on July 8 in The Greater Ville neighborhood.
Shortly after 7:20 p.m., officers received a call for a shooting in the 3100 block of Vine Grove Avenue. Upon arriving, they located an adult male on the ground with a puncture wound to his head. EMS responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
An investigation into what led up to the man’s death is underway. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call the Homicide Division directly at 314-444-5371.
