District 4 is investigating a robbery that occurred around 9:50 a.m. in the 700 block of O’Fallon St.
The victim, a 43-year-old man, told officers he was in the process of getting his child out of his car when three male suspects approached him from behind. The victim said the suspects told him not to move while two of them pointed guns at him.
The victim said he was then patted down by one of the suspects who took his wallet. All three suspects then ran away from the scene.
