UPDATE: Man Killed in Dutchtown Shooting

UPDATE: Officers arrested two male suspects, 19 and 20, in connection to this incident. The 19-year-old male was charged with Murder 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and three counts of Armed Criminal Action. The 20-year-old man was charged with Murder 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and three counts of Armed Criminal Action, and Resisting Arrest.


UPDATE: The deceased man has been identified as 22-year-old Brayan Aparicio of St. Louis City.


On November 8, 20251, just before 11:30PM, District 1 officers received a call for a shooting at S. Grand and Meramec.

When officers arrived, they located a 22-year-old man who had been shot in the passenger seat of a silver Toyota sedan. He was not conscious and not breathing.

The victim’s girlfriend was also on scene and not injured. She informed officers the shooting happened in the 3600 block of Dunnica and they drove to this location after shots were fired.

EMS responded and conveyed the man to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Homicide Detectives were called to the scene and are handling the investigation.
