UPDATE: The deceased man has been identified as 63-year-old Russell Marcoulier of St. Louis City, MO.1
On November 1, 2025, around 3:15PM, District 1 officers responded to the 7100 block of Alabama for a shooting. When officers arrived, they located a 63-year-old man who had been shot. The man died on scene.
Homicide Detectives responded and assumed the investigation.
Detectives have identified a suspect and are actively making attempts to take them into custody.
