PHOTOS: Juvenile and Man Shot on Dr. Martin Luther King

Fourth District detectives need help finding the suspects pictured below who are wanted for this incident. The first suspect is described as a black male, with a low afro, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with lettering, black pants, and black and red shoes. The second suspect is described as a black male, with long dreadlocks, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black purse, black and white jeans, and black shoes. They are considered armed and dangerous.

District 4 officers responded to a Shooting in the 3000 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. shortly after 3:00 p.m. on November 15.

Officers found a 17-year-old juvenile male who had been shot. He was taken by EMS to an area hospital where he was listed in stable condition.

A 70-year-old man was privately taken to another area hospital after he was also shot.

The man told officers he was seated in his vehicle when he heard gunshots and observed individuals in dark clothing shooting at another person. The man was shot in the leg when a bullet went through his driver door.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Central Patrol Division at 314-444-2500 for a District 4 detective. Anyone who wants to remain anonymous and/or is interested in a possible reward can call CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS (8477).
