The District Four Detective Bureau is working to identify the two people who burglarized Crown Candy at 1401 St. Louis Avenue around 4 a.m. on September 21.
After the suspects busted through the front glass, they immediately went for the cash register — only getting $5.00.
Suspect 1 is believed to be a black man, medium build, wearing a black and red hood, black leather jacket with rolled cuffs, possibly socks on his hands, black pants with a unique red and white print on the left leg, red socks, and black shoes.
Suspect 2 is believed to be a lighter-complected man, thinner build, wearing a white or light grey North Face jacket, black face mask, prescription glasses, black pants with unique multi-colored print on the legs.
The suspect vehicle could be an older model SUV. Take a good look — the passenger side headlight is missing or damaged. The vehicle appears to be an older model Nissan Rogue.
