Homicide Detectives are investigating a shooting that happened on March 11, 2025 at the U-Haul storage facility in the 400 block of S. Tucker Boulevard.
At approximately 6:50 p.m., officers received a shooting call at the location. Upon arriving, they located a 22-year-old man in front of the business with a gunshot wound to his arm. A second man, 28, was located inside the business suffering from gunshot wounds. EMS responded and pronounced the 28-year-old man dead at the scene. The 22-year-old man was transported to the hospital for treatment.
A preliminary investigation revealed the two men, who are brothers, were involved in altercation with each other while inside the business. During the altercation, both men fired shots at each other.
The deceased man is identified as 28-year-old Brion Robinson of the 3500 block of Bingham. The investigation is ongoing.
