District 5 is investigating a robbery that occurred at 12:30 a.m. on November 1 in the 5100 block of Ridge Ave.
A 24-year-old man told officers he was robbed at gunpoint by two known males. The man saif the suspects took money and a phone from him during the incident.
The 24-year-old further stated a struggle occurred during the incident wherein he sustained an abrasion to his arm. He declined medical attention at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
