District 3 is investigating a robbery that occurred around 3:55 p.m. September 16 in the 3700 block of Virginia Ave.
A 30-year-old male victim reported he was walking when he was approached by an unknown male with a firearm. The victim said the unknown suspect demanded money.
The victim said he relinquished his backpack containing his clothes and cellphone to the suspect. The suspect ran from the scene after the incident.
