On February 8, District 4 officers responded to a shooting in the 600 block of S 14th , just after midnight.
Officers located a 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his groin.
The 24-year-old man told officers he was walking on the bridge at the above location. Suddenly, a man approached him and shot at him twice, before running away.
The man was transported to a nearby hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
This investigation remains ongoing.
