District 3 is investigating a shooting that left a 27-year-old man injured on December 8 in the 2600 block of Allen.
Officers received calls for shots fired at the location around 11 a.m. Upon arriving, they were made aware the 27-year-old man had been privately conveyed to a hospital.
Officers responded to the hospital to speak with the man. The man told officers he was leaving a party when he was shot by a known suspect he refused to identify. The man also refused to provide further information about the incident.
The man was listed in stable condition.
