District 4 responded to a shooting on December 3 in the 3700 block of Palm at approximately 9:30 p.m.
A 57-year-old man said he was shot by a known 33-year-old man around 9:30 p.m. after an argument over a vape with the man’s sister. The 57-year-old returned fire, and the 33-year-old man ran away from the scene. It is unknown if the 33-year-old was struck by the gunfire.
EMS responded and transported the 57-year-old to a nearby hospital where he was listed as stable.
The investigation is ongoing.
