District 3 is investigating a shooting that left a 41-year-old man injured on November 28 in Soulard.
The 41-year-old man told officers he was driving eastbound on Gravois around 11:20 p.m. when he became involved in a road rage incident with an unknown male in a blue Honda Accord. The 41-year-old said he and the suspect stopped in the area of Gravois & Geyer where an argument ensued between the two.
During the argument, the 41-year-old said the suspect produced a firearm and fired shots, striking the 41-year-old in the neck. The 41-year-old said he then drove home where police were called.
EMS transported the 41-year-old to the hospital where he was listed in critical/stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
