District 3 officers responded to a Shooting in the 1600 block of S. 2nd around 12:30 a.m. on September 21.
A 23-year-old man told officers he was at a large gathering of people when shots were fired and he was struck.
EMS took the man to an area hospital where he was listed in critical/stable condition.
