Accident Reconstruction is investigation a fatal crash wherein a pedestrian was killed on October 3 in the 5000 block of Delmar at N. Kingshighway.
A preliminary investigation revealed that around 7:30 p.m., a 2004 Pontiac Grand AM was travelling westbound on Delmar across N. Kingshighway with a green light. The pedestrian, an unidentified male, was walking southbound against the green light when he was struck by the Pontiac.
EMS responded and transported the pedestrian to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The driver remained at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
