The deceased man has been identified as 31-year-old Stanley Fischer of the 200 block of Sheffield Ct., Fairview Heights, IL

District 4 officers responded to a Shooting in the 2000 block of Breman around 7:15 p.m. on September 14.
An unidentified man was found in the driver seat of a grey Hyundai Kona suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner’s Office and the Homicide Division responded to the scene.
