Teen Carjacked After Accident. One Arrested.

On March 28, 2025, shortly after 1:50 PM, District 6 officers responded to the 5500 block of West Florissant for a Carjacking. When they arrived, they were met by a 17-year-old teenage boy who stated he was carjacked by three unknown suspects following a car accident.

The 17-year-old stated he was travelling in the 5500 block of West Florissant when he was rear-ended by the suspects’ vehicle. The victim pulled over and was approached by two unknown males and an unknown female who were occupying the vehicle. The two men both were armed with guns. The 17-year-old said the suspects threatened him before the two men entered his car and drove off. The female suspect got into the suspect car and followed.

Officers and detectives located cameras in the area and eventually located both the victim’s vehicle and the suspects’ vehicle, unoccupied, in the 6000 block of Emma. While recovering the vehicles, officers located the female suspect, a 23-year-old, walking in the 5700 block of Era and took her into custody.
