District Four Detectives need help finding 23-year-old Dalys Hill, who is wanted for a kidnapping and assault incident that happened on December 9 in Midtown.
Shortly after 11:55 p.m. on December 9, Mr. Hill entered the Top Golf (3200 block of Chouteau) armed with a firearm and forcefully removed his child’s mother from the establishment. He then became upset and flourished the firearm at other person(s) at the business before leaving the premises with the woman. Mr. Hill later dropped the woman off at her residence before fleeing.
Anyone with a tip about Mr. Hill’s whereabouts that wants to remain anonymous and is interested in a possible cash reward for their tip should contact CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS (8477).
