District 3 is investigating a robbery that occurred around 10:30 p.m. on November 6.
A 57-year-old woman told officers she was at the intersection of S. Grand & Shenandoah when a grey sedan pulled alongside her, and two male occupants in the sedan accused her of hitting their car at an unknown location. The woman said words were exchanged between them and then the men began following her in their car.
The woman said she ended up pulling into an apartment parking lot, and once there, one of the suspects approached her with a pistol and demanded her belongings while the other suspect began punching her. The woman said the suspects took her money, the keys from her ignition, and then fled in their car.
