District 4 is investigating a robbery that happened on December 12 in the 2900 block of James Cool Papa Bell, just after 2:00 p.m.
A 19-year-old woman told officers that a known man pointed a gun at her, demanding her cellphone and cash. The 19-year-old complied and then ran away from the location.
This investigation is ongoing.
