District 2 is investigating a robbery that occurred on August 12 in The Hill neighborhood.
Around 1 a.m., officers received a call to the 2300 block of Hampton and located a 38-year-old woman who reported she was at the location to pick up a food order when she was approached by a male suspect who exited a dark colored Dodge Charger. The victim said the suspect produced a firearm and then announced a robbery demanding her keys and possessions. The victim said the suspect then entered her Honda Civic, which was still running, and fled the scene followed by the Dodge Charger.
