UPDATE: Arrests Made/Charges Issued-1 Dead, 3 Injured in Shooting in Tower Grove East Neighborhood

UPDATE:

On August 13, investigators were assisted by FBI SWAT as well as the St. Louis County Police Department’s Tactical Unit in executing 2 separate search warrants. A 33-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man were arrested. Today, August 14, the Circuit Attorney’s Offices issued charges of Murder 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, and Armed Criminal Action against both the man and the woman.

The dead woman has been identified as 32-year-old Amber Williams of the 11200 block of Liberty Landing in Florissant.

Homicide detectives are investigation a shooting that left a woman dead and three men injured on July 28 in the Tower Grove East neighborhood.1

Shortly before 8:40 p.m., officers received a call for a shooting at Sam’s Southern Eatery located at 3505 Gravois. Upon arriving, they located three victims – a 32-year-old woman, a 29-year-old man, and a 34-year-old man – all suffering from gunshot wounds. An additional 32-year-old man was privately conveyed to the hospital with a gunshot wound. EMS responded to the scene and transported the 32-year-old woman, 29-year-old man, and 34-year-old man to the hospital. The woman was pronounced dead at the hospital. All three men were listed in stable condition.

The Homicide Division is continuing their investigation into what led to the shooting.
