Third District detectives are searching for five suspects involved in a shooting on January 20, 2026 in the Gravois Park neighborhood.
Around 10:45 p.m. on January 20, officers were called to a gas mart in the 3700 block of S. Jefferson for a report of a shooting. Preliminary investigation revealed five armed male suspects fired shots at an unknown male victim as the victim was exiting the gas mart. It is unknown why the suspects shot at the victim.
The victim ran away from the suspects as they were shooting at him. The victim was not injured during the incident. The gas mart sustained ballistic damage to its exterior.
