District 2 is investigating a cutting incident that occurred on July 7 in the Tower Grove South neighborhood.
Around 6:25 p.m., officers were called to the 3900 block of Chippewa for a report of a cutting at an apartment. Upon arrival, they located a 32-year-old man that had been cut in the hand by his roommate, a 61-year-old man, after a dispute over personal matters. The suspect was taken into custody at the scene without further incident.
EMS responded to the scene however the victim declined transport to the hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
