District 4 is investigating a robbery that occurred on August 12 in the Hyde Park neighborhood.
The victim, a 30-year-old man, reported that he was sitting in his car around 4 a.m. in the 1900 block of Sullivan when four males wearing ski masks approached on foot. The victim said he was then robbed of his iPhone and manbag at gunpoint by two of the suspects who were armed with handguns. The victim further stated he later located the suspects at Montgomery & N. Florissant and asked for his property back; however, the victim said one of the suspects fired shots instead. The suspects fled after the incident.
