District 4 is investigating a robbery that happened just before 7:30p.m. on December 14 in the 1200 block of Biddle.
A 22-year-old man told officers he was smoking when an unknown man approached him asking if he can smoke with him. The 22-year-old told him no and then man produced a gun, demanding his property. The 22-year-old complied, and the man ran away on foot.
The investigation is ongoing.
