Human Resources Supervisor
Sara Koziacki joined the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department in August 2003 after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources from St. Louis University and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
Sara was hired as a Lead Investigator in Human Resources and is currently the Human Resources Supervisor over the Police Division. Sara has dedicated the past 21 years of her professional life to the dynamic and ever-evolving field of Human Resources. Her journey has been one of personal growth, professional development, and a deep passion for fostering meaningful relationships within the workplace.
Sara manages hiring all commission and civilian personnel at the St. Louis Metropolitan Department along with several other aspects of Human Resources that helps implement strategies and drive results.
Sara’s approach has always been people first. She is proud of the career she has built and lives she has touched. She remains committed to fostering inclusive, supportive, and high- performing workplaces where every employee feels valued.
