District 5 is investigating a shooting that happened on March 27, 2025 in the 6100 block of Page Boulevard.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., officers received a call for a shooting in the area. Upon arriving, they located a 33-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his back and being attended to by EMS officials.
The 33-year-old man said he was shot by an unknown suspect while on Page. The man said the suspect also took his backpack before fleeing from the scene. He was unable to provide a description of the suspect.
EMS transported the 33-year-old man to the hospital where he was listed in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
