District 1 officers responded to a Shooting-Prior at an area hospital around 8:30 p.m. on November 16.
A 42-year-old man told officers he was in the alley of the 900 block of Bates around 7:30 p.m. when he was approached by an unknown man who pulled out a gun and shot him in the leg.
A family member drove the 42-year-old man to the hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
