A 29-year-old woman came to the South Patrol Division to report a carjacking.
The woman did not speak English, but through a translator, reported that she was sitting in her black 2021 Jeep Compass in the 7600 block of Alaska around 6:30 p.m. on September 20.
A man opened her door while holding a gun. The man said something to the woman that she could not understand, due to not speaking English.
The 29-year-old woman got out of the Jeep Compass and the man got in and drove away.
