Accident Reconstruction is investigating a fatal crash that happened around 3:25 p.m. on May 28, 2025 at North Broadway and Calvary Avenue.
A preliminary investigation revealed a Nissan Altima was traveling southbound on N. Broadway when the Nissan drove into the northbound lanes of N. Broadway and violated the red electric signal at N. Broadway and Calvary. The Nissan then struck a dump truck that was traveling down Calvary Avenue through the intersection.
A 30-year-old male driver of the Nissan and a 25-year-old female rear passenger of the Nissan were transported to the hospital and listed in stable condition. A 31-year-old female front passenger of the Nissan died at the scene. The driver of the dump truck, a 42-year-old male, was taken to a hospital and listed in stable condition.
The investigation remains ongoing.
