District 4 officers responded to a Shooting on the Quick Trip parking lot located at 2600 Chouteau around 12:45 a.m. on September 15.
A 19-year-old man was found shot multiple times outside of a party bus on the parking lot. A second 19-year-old man was found shot inside of the party bus.
Both men were taken by EMS to an area hospital where they were both listed in critical/stable condition.
Witnesses told officers that the party bus was parked on the lot when a dark colored SUV pulled onto the lot and began shooting into a group of people standing outside of the bus.
