District 3 detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred on June 22, shortly after 1:30 a.m., in the 1300 block of Gravois.
The victim was driving, with two other women in her vehicle, stopped at the intersection of Gravois and Russell.
They heard gunshots in the area and the victim realized she had been shot in the foot.
She drove to an area hospital where she was listed in stable condition.
The other women in the vehicle were not injured. Officers observed ballistic damage to the victim’s vehicle. Ballistic evidence was located in the 1300 block of Gravois.
The investigation is ongoing.
