The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and the St. Louis Police Foundation hosted the 39th Annual Memorial Breakfast, honoring the 167 SLMPD officers killed in the line of duty from 1863 to 2024.
Retired Lieutenant Colonel Lawrence (Larry) O’Toole, Executive Director of The BackStoppers, Inc., served as the keynote speaker for this year’s event. Hundreds of guests attend and paid tribute to those officers who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The Memorial Breakfast is proudly sponsored by Dr. Jeanne and Rex Sinquefield through the St. Louis Police Foundation, a 501c3 organization that provides support to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
