District 4 Detectives need help identifying and locating the suspect pictured below. He is wanted for car clouting in the 3200 block of Locust on January 31, 2025. The suspect stole multiple clothing, a family heirloom, and a bank card. He later used the bank card for an approximate amount of over $2,000.
The suspect is described as a light complected black male, with black braided-like hairstyle, thin mustache, black coat, black sweatpants, and black and grey shoes.
