Man Claims he was Shot in the Tiffany Neighborhood

Note: The victim of this incident provided multiple different locations of where this incident allegedly occurred, none of which could be confirmed.

District 2 officers are investigating a shooting that injured a 21-year-old man on July 2.

Just before 10:30 p.m., officers received a call from a local hospital after the victim showed up to a hospital with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. The man reported he was shot by someone in a blue car while he was walking down South Grand. The man provided several different locations along South Grand, none of which could be confirmed. He was then dropped off at a nearby hospital for treatment.
