District 2 officers responded to an area hospital for report of a Shooting-Prior, just after 12:00 a.m. on July 4.
A 46-year-old man told officers he was standing at a bus stop in the 3500 block of S. Grand, around 11:45 p.m. on July 3.
He heard gunfire and realized he had suffered a graze wound to his head. The man contacted his nephew who drove him to the hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
