District 3 is investigating a cutting incident that injured a 41-year-old man on July 7 in the Benton Park West neighborhood.
Shortly before 5 p.m., officers received a call for a “Cutting” in the 2800 block of Ohio. Upon arriving, they located the victim with the puncture wound to his shoulder. The victim refused to cooperate with officers and provide a statement of what occurred.
